The operations of the Cluster would be housed in
a Business Support Centre, containing the Cluster
SPV’s office, a Dispensary and a Business Centre.
The dispensary would be a 10-bedded facility
that would function in the initial phases purely as
an outpatient facility. It will have basic
diagnostic equipment, an in-house pharmacy and would
provide ambulance services. Full-time doctors,
nurses and other support staff would be available.
The business centre would be equipped with
facilities and services such as a conference hall
for meetings, equipped with facilities such as
teleconferencing, projector, etc.; a seminar hall
for exhibitions and seminars; normal business
services such as computer facilities, Internet
access, communication services, document management
services, etc.; and a Cafeteria.
Total project costs for the Business Support
Centre are projected at Rs. 3.64 cr, which is sought
as funding under the IIUS scheme. These project
components will require ongoing financial support,
which would be met out of operational surpluses
created out of other components of the SPV’s
operations.
